REFUND POLICY

HipDoc products can be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in "New Condition." Meaning it should be unused and show minimal to no damage. We will issue a full refund upon return.  Consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
